Sagrada Familia is a top tourist site and time slots are subject to availability. We will provide you with the earliest time available in the slot you have chosen. It will no longer be possible to change the date on bookings from March 2020. Tower closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled closing time.
Audio-guide is not available for children under 11 years old.
Tickets are only valid for the times printed on each individual ticket.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
The established opening hours and days may change when special events are held.
The organisation reserves the right to modify or limit the public sections of the basilica for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or one-off events. This does not give ticketholders the right to any discount or refund on the price of the ticket. No refund after making reservation.
You can visit just ONE of the towers.
Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
The towers may be closed for maintenance or due to bad weather.
If the towers are closed, the amount corresponding to the tower visit will be refunded but not the audio guide.
You must take the lifts up to the top of the towers and walk down. The towers are not accessible.
Children below 6 years old are not allowed to visit the towers.

See previous comments. Best way to view the Sagrada. Just be sure to let the cab driver know you already have tickets and to drop you on the front, not at the ticket office.
This was an amazing place to visit. Amazing views from the top of tower. Nice to have an elevator ride to the top and only 400 steps down.
They gave me a wheelchair, sooooo good.
